I purchase three Hampton Bay ceiling fans at a cost of almost 1 thousand dollars. They are all in the same room. The fan blade arm fractured on one, sending the blade flying almost hitting my wife. Hampton Bay said the parts are no longer available. I bought them 1 1/2 years ago! What kind of garbage is this? What happened to the ten year clause to always have parts available.
