Ferrel Gas has sent me a bill for low usage of propane something they claimed they started doing in 2005, but I've been a customer since 2003 and they've never charged me not not using enough gas before, and I never use a lot. I was told today by their representative who did not give his name that if I ordered propane today that the $49.98 low usage charge would go away. So they're attempting to blackmail into buying.
