This company sent me to collections wrongfully. The anesthesiologist who treated me, Dr. Fan, is contracted with my insurance, they failed to bill in a timley manner, now they want me to pay this bill! They have damaged my credit, I am in the middle of purchasing a home. When i called to have this removed, the rude receptionist Jessica said "no, since the insurance didn't pay, someone has to, so we are billing you and it will not be removed from collections". i already filed a complaint with the BBB, and have reported this doctor... read full review »
