My car was involved in an auto accident on 11/16/2009, with the other party being at fault. It is now 3/30/2010. My car is still missing parts to be fixed correctly. Currently the vehicle is a hazard to drive, the body shop has made countless attempts to get all problems resolved in a timely manner, but the employees of this company are not helpful, and take extended periods of time to respond to any inquires about the claim.
