I have been banking with wachovia for 4 years, and in the last six months their customer service has gone to absolute hell. over two days, I bought roughly $41 dollars in products while I had just short of $40 dollars in my account. while I understand being charged with an ODF for the final purchase that pushed me into the red, wachovia applied a hold on the FIRST few items I bought and waited until I was in the red to apply them - even though they had already withdrawn the money from my account!
