THese people are contually sending out letters stating I have a prizde totally $2, 536, 092 and all I have to do is send them a transfer fee of $20. They are nothing but scam artists and someone should put a stop to them. The authorities should have someone keep an eye on that PO box and when someone comes to empty it, arrest them.
