Your site wide sale is very misleading you have 4 tiers to get a discount and there is only an asterik buy you spend 400 take 100*, but nothing else has an asterik I called your customer care dept and spoke with Patrick and nothing was resolved. According to your website if I spend 100.00 then I should entitled to 10.00. I'm only not entitled to 100 off with the excluded brands. I'll be filing a complaint with the trade commission and all internet complaint sites. I also buy all my timberlands from you guys what away to treat your customers. read full review »

I bought 2007 LS 460 with 28, 000 miles for $36, 000+, the owner Bobby assured me that if anything goes wrong with the vehicle that Lexus would cover it under the bumper to bumper. Well the next day the A/C stopped working, so we took the car to Lexus, which showed me where this vehicle was in a accident and had a aftermarket A/C condenser which was leaking.
