I obtained a quote from Empire. The verbal price that quoted was very high. However, the sales rep wrote a lower more reasonable price on the contract. I agreed to pay the price as written on the contract. The Empire main office decided that this price was not correct and charged my credit card for the verbal amount quoted by sales rep. I disputed this charge as it was not in the amount of the credit slip that I signed (the contract and credit slip that I signed both have the lower price on it). Now, they are threatening me and accusing me of fraud. They state I am obligated to pay the higher price and that I should have known it was an error. read full review »
