I work at Dell Mohali. Was a loyal customer for last 3 years. Retained the same number thru out..Off late I was not able to dial a particular number. Raised a complaint. After 2 days the complaint was auto-closed. I didn't even get a call from Customer care. I called them up again. They said issue has been resolved. Iw as still facing the problem. The reopend the case. I got call saying that the Target number is faulty. I got the cell and the SIM changed. Tried all possible troubleshooting. I work for Dell, so, I am not stupid.
