Radio Shack installed their battery in my cordless phone and two months later the battery stopped working. I returned to the store and the clerk claimed that the store rep should have advised me to charge the battery for 8 hours before using the phone. She recommended that I replace the old Radio Shack battery with a newer more efficient battery for the low price of $20. I find it outrageous that the company does not stand behind their store brand. Not only will it be the last battery I buy from Radio Shack, the store has lost my business completely. read full review »
