Avoid Dollar Rental Car at Phoenix Skyharbor airport. If you like long lines and employees who are hostile to customers, this is your company. I tried this location several times in February and each time, the employees hid in a back room when customer lines formed, leaving a relatively new employee. When one of the Dollar employees made a woman customer cry, I wrote a letter to the Dollar corporate office. The letter was answered with a form letter and nonsense discount coupons. If you fly into Phoenix Skyharbor, use one of the other companies, it may cost a little more, but its worth it to avoid the Dollar employees. read full review »
