I wanted to refinance my loan & they simply told me that they are not allowed to do that. I asked for something in writing and they told me they couldn't provide that. I asked how can a company as yourselves not have something in writing stating that an auto loan can not be refinanced. It makes no sense. The customer rep got all nervous. I just don't understand how a company can be this way and not provide legally in writing a loan can not be refinanced. I hope this company gets everything they deserve. Something should be done on how this company treats its consumers. read full review »
