We purchased an extended warranty with this company in July 2008, thinking it would help us with managing our financial situation with a new baby coming. When we received the policy, there were some things we did not agree on, and immediately opted to cancel. We wrote them and received a letter in August 2008 that our refund of $395 will be processed and be returned in our account within the next 10 weeks.
