Your Product Bill, Inc.

My mother-in-law was charged $8.43 on her AT&T residential bill for voice mail services that she never ordered. We called ILD Teleservices, Inc., which was listed as the billing company for Your Product Bill, Inc. and told them that we did not order the service. They said that someone signed up for the services using a website, 'probably a survey site' according the customer service rep. Residential email LLC

My mother-in-law just noticed fraudulent charges of $14.95 for email on her residential AT&T bill from Residential Email LLC that originated in January 2009. We called Residential Email LLC and discovered that the person who created the account filled out a form on http://www.searchcactus.com. Apparently, on searchcactus.com people are paid to sign up for offers from Residential Email LLC and other companies. All they need is a phone number, name and address, and date of birth.
