I have been in contact with ERS regarding a student loan that I know I owe. I havent received a bill or a statement balance SINCE ive been in communications with them (4 mons) and Ive sent in a $50 payment, which they claim they never received!! I asked for a payoff balance over a month ago and the rep called me back after weeks and tells me I have one more day to pay at a balance or the "administrative fees" will go up .
