This company is calling neighbors on my block. This is in clear violation of the law. I had a neighbor, who I do not know, come to my house with a name and number of a person to call. Come to find out, it is a scavenger bill collector named Aaron Marks from Diversified Collection Services. I call this guy, and he asks me for my social security number, which I refuse to give him. I called the FTC and they told me that this collector, and this company is in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act. She said they will be hit with a huge fine.
