Finally got thru to a person at numbers provided, but that was after 4 days and around 12 hours redailing til someone answered...Cancelled over phone since they said main cartriage was back ordered...Customer service rep said would cancel my order, than after about two weeks received filters in mail but still no main cartiage and that was back in feburary...Just got in my bank statement and company has charged me 89.95 plus 29.95...This is third time a company has pulled this on me and still waiting for the other two to reimburse my account for cancelling orders way b4 they should of taken monies out of the account... read full review »
