I received two charges on my Visa account, one on 3/11/10 for $3.87 and one on 3/22/10 for $87.47. I called the number that was listed on my account statement 8887784605 and was told that I placed this order and that I could not be credited. I informed the person on the phone that I had not placed an order. Apparently someone has used my information and placed an order. I'm not even sure what merchandise was ordered. I have received no merchandise for the services charged. THIS IS FRAUD. I want my account credited for those charges. I need assistance in getting my account credited. read full review »
