I advise anyone to stay away from HSBC Credit Cards. I got injured on the job and tried to use the Account Secure Plus program they denied my claim they said that it wasn't thirty days from the time I got hurt until the the time I was released from Worker's Compensation. The dates were from February 9, 2010 until March 10, 2010. FYI if you close your account and still have a balance with them they are still going to charge you interest. I called and talked to several representatives and nothing works. Please beware consumers. I don't want anyone going through this madness I'm going through. read full review »
