In December I ordered a kit for a Christmas present and rethought it to be a gift that probably wasn't proper to give, and called the next day after I ordered it and was told it too late to cancel the order because it had already ben processed. I was told how when it was received, to return it back and would receive a full reimbursement. To this day I have not received it. I sent it u.s. post office registered mail, received the signed receipt from your company, so it was received on your end. Please get back to me with the reimbursement amount. read full review »
