conexis is terrible our city contracted them to manage our Flexible Spending Accounts. They refuse to approve medical expenses because they don't think it's necessary for you to have those procedures, you can summit your proof of all the medical procedures you had done and they will only choose to pay the smaller bills and tell you that is the ones the IRS will take and the others you will have to pay yourself or you will be cancelled and the money you are putting into this account will be off limits to you untill you satisfy or pay... read full review »
