I placed an order for two very expensive pairs of shoes on Comfortfeetshop.com on Monday, March 29. I received a confirmation email that day, but had not heard anything else about my order until Thursday, 4/1. I called their customer service line which sent me around and around the phone tree for several minutes and then dumped me into a voicemail.
