I am writing this not as a complaint but yet a compliment. I worked with Joseph Souza and Loan Doctors of America based out of New York not Florida and I had the most amazing experience ever. They started working with me in October 2009 the process ended in January 2010 they took my mortgage payment from 3439.61 to 2038.92 and saved me over 1400 a month and not only that I was a month behind and I didnt have to pay it cuz it was included in what they did.
