This company, Operator Assistance Netowrk had Windstream to add $18.61 + tax to my telephone bill each month for 4 months before I could reach someone at Windstream that agreed to take off the current month and the next two months. They did not agree to reimburse me for funds already taken out of my account. Windstream continued to make deductions from my bank account under their authorization to deduct their bill for this client even though they knew that I did not have long distance attached to my home phone.
