A charge of $14.95 started to appear on my land line Verizon bill. When contacted the company claimed that we had signed up for their service and sent an e-mail with significant personal information they claimed we provided. I proved them wrong, because the IP address they sent was wrong. They said they will refund part of the bill and I am going to short pay Verizon and let them collect the balance. read full review »
