I received a "welcome" email from InfoCALL, telling me that I would be billed $14.95 per month for their "unlimited phone concierge service." Their message indicated that a "monthly service fee of $14.95 would automatically be billed to my home telephone bill each month under the OAN/ESBI bill page."
