Direct TV has the most awful customer service and product I've ever purchased. We had Direct TV for less than 2 months and our TV and internet didn't work 6 different times. When we called to have them repair our TV and internet, they said it would take another week. We were shocked as this was the 6th time in less than 2 months that we were having problems with both our TV and our internet.
