I called the 1-800 number and scheduled an appointment for July 26th Sunday @ 3pm at the Sears Portrait studio at Fair Oaks Mall., VA. Then I get a call from the store asking me to reschedule as they cannot accommodate us as there is only one person at the studio. They said the 1-800 customer service has not idea of the schedules at the store. But I don’t get the time I want so I had to cancel.
