Noticed that my bill was more than usual. Called TWC to ask why. They said I have 2 DVRS. NO! I only have ONE and TWO other cable boxes. I have had their service for about 2yrs now so why all of a sudden. They said they had to have a tech come to house to verify. Tech came and took one look at box and said "it is not a dvr, they don't know what they're talking about". He called in and talked to someone and said the problem has been taken care of.
