Like most on this board, I was scammed by this folks. They were charging my account and I could not cancel for over a year. Finally, I looked thru my emails and found my subscription to a credit reporting company called Credit Diagnosis or creditdiagnosis.com. In thier original membership email was a membership number and a 800 number to call. I called and entered my membership # and my home phone number. That connected me to someone who cancelled all services including the $1 charges. Their number is 800-379-5036. Look for a 9 digit membership number in their original membership email.
