We had a $684.00 balance, and paid it in full, we had one late payment in year, it was only one day late and late fee plus payment was paid immediately the following day. After paying off balance in full, within a month they had sent us a letter stating our credit limit had been reduced from $800.00 to $100.00 and that we had numerous late payments, which we did not have, and a deliquency of trades...( have no idea what that even is) how can we keep this from harning our credit?! read full review »
