Where do I start, I was tasked with obtaining mailers for my real estate company. My boss had done business with this company previously. The original order previous arrived 2 weeks late and with several spelling errors even though we had sent in corrections with the proof. Due to the economy we decided to try again. Not because of competence or quality but because of availability to handle the order, other companies seem to be much busier, for obvious reasons now.
