Since 2005 when our office was down the street we have been loyal customers of Champion Cleaners. Even after our office relocated outside of Naples in 2007 we continued driving the extra miles to stay loyal. Submitted bed comforter for its first drycleaning in July 2009. Comforter was returned damaged. Cording was cracked and stuffing was flattened. Returned comforter to Champion to resolve. Nothing was done for several months and messages unreturned.
