I did a google search to find internet providers in Jersey City and clicked on Comcast under Magic Yellow Pages. I didn't know this led me to only an authorized dealer and not Comcast directly. Offerwire sold us an internet plan that did not actually exist anymore. When we called them back to update them on the plan we actually ended up getting set-up w/ Comcast so we could have our rebate honored, they said there was nothing they could do to honor the rebate.
