I purchased a refridgerator put it in a rental unit and did not realize that it was not working property. 6 months in, once i had a tenant they reported it as broken and the Sears torture started. They came out a few times, some of the technicians said it was unrepairable to begin with, but they were told to keep ordering parts. they must have spend $1200 for a $350 refridgerator.
