I ordered a refrigerator from Sears (11/18/09) and requested that the handle be placed on the right hand side. It arrived (12/09/09) with the handle on the left hand side and when I called to report this, Sears assured me that it could easily be moved to the correct side. Two days ago, the Sears technician came by and told me that the handle could not be moved. I told him that I had been assured by Sears multiple times that it could be moved and he assured me that there was no way.
