I recently had a service call regarding an oven that was malfunctioning. The service man told me what was needed and the price. I told him I wanted to check the price of a new oven versus having the old one fixed. He said that was fine and if I decided to get it repaired I would get the amount of my service call off the new part and installation. I called the next day to try to order the part.
