You have not lived until you have tried to make a service call to HP. This started when I received the incorrect warranty replacement part. I spent 5 hours over 2 nights talking to their "world class" support personnel in India and the Philippines. If I hear "hold for just 2 minutes" again I think I'll find something to kill. Divide 5 hours by "just hold on for 2 minutes" and you can get an idea of my frustration.
