I was never sent a statement so by the time i realize it, i was in collections and my amount was over $400, then i lost my 6 months no-finance charge, and now they refuse to get it back for me because "it was my responsibility to question their bad sense of communications" with their customers. I don't have time to sit on my ass and wonder where the fuck my statement is. It is their responsibility to get me my bill to me, and if they keep getting returned mail, why the hell didn't someone call? they got my mail to me the first time with an intro letter. I say this is FRAUD. they're trying to get me to pay more. read full review »
