I renewed my antivirus software but did not receive the download to apply it. There were two charges applied to my credit card by DRI TREND MICRO. One for $59.95 and another for $6.95. I did receive numerous E-mails from the company telling me my subscription was out of date. I could not find a phone number for them. I tried to E-mail and they wanted to charge an additional fee to help me and answer my questions. HELP! read full review »
