Not only are the stylists poor colorists (horizontal stripes of over -processed color left in my hair twice this year by two different stylists) but more than once either I or my daughter have been "bumped" when the stylists' friends come in without appointments and are taken out of turn (Beatrice did this today 4-3-10 by phone as did TWO of the other employees). If I could give this establishment a negative star rating, I would. Simply awful. read full review »
