I must correct my first writing. Yes there actually was an online webpage referring to their terms and conditions during my initial joining LPU and my purchasing the 56 Days of Discovery course. First of all they verbally promoted their full refund guarantee on their "56 Days of Discovery" series self-development training. They did not provide the written guarantee any where on their websites. I had will received a written copy after I paid for the program and received the package a few days later. It is a very stringent guarantee/refund plan. It states in writing that if dissatisfied I am eligible for full refund but "subject to 10% restocking fee".
