These guys are a bunch of crooks, they steal money from subcontractors and cause problems for owners in the form of liens and complaints by subcontractors. These Crooks David Schatzberg and Mark Provenzano failed to pay us over $25, 000 and it took us over 6 months to get over $40, 000 that they owed us. They are every subcontractors' nightmare, do them an excellent job and they keep a good chunk of your money at the end of the job. These guys are really Crooks, watch out for them, keep away from them especially now when money is tight. They will bid the job low and keep the subs' money to make their profit. read full review »
