I wish I had seen these complaints or somehow learned that Snapfish had gone downhill. I placed an order for photo cards. I recieved photos instead. When I complained, I recieved a second set of photos. When I complained again, I recieved a snide comment about double checking my order and a credit for 1/4 of the cost to be used at my leisure on Snapfish at any time. I don't know what happened to Snapfish. They were once an awesome company. I will take another commenter's advice and use Shutterfly to get my photo cards. Buyer Beware. read full review »
