I have had my computer worked on at least 4 times. I've lost my most precious of documents and that was my fault as well. I am very very put out by all this time it takes as well. THANK GOD I bought the extended warrenty! It has gone out again and all I can get is that I have one more time left if it's one part and a couple times left it's another one before I get a new computer.
