I received through the USPS (not via email) an invoice showing a PAST DUE amount of $85.01, current charges of $74.51, and Federal USF of $10.50; for a "Total due Upon Receipt" of $170.02. There was a second page included specifying a total 7 calls (made from 6 different phone numbers at my business) totaling the $74.51 mentioned above as current charges. My business name is misspelled, my street address number is incorrect but matches the last four digits of one of my phone numbers.
