I ordered a trial size of this product & billed the p&h to my credit card. When I received the product, there was no accompanying information other than a small instruction guide. No account #, no address, or phone number. I assumed they would get in touch with me. Then I received my credit card billing & had been billed £61.26. This is evidently a charge for a year's supply. I do not want any more of this product but do not have a member number, or any other info. Does anyone know how to sort this out? L.
