Embarq was a pretty good company and great cust service but ever since Centurylink took it over their reps have become robots sustaining early term fees for poor service and lying to customers to get them under contract ... once this is done then they will keep you on the phone for hours sustaining these charges .. its the most unethical company I ever had any interactions with.. they are soo very curtious and nice on the phone when you call but your bill will be way to high and your service will be the worst in america .. there reps have no... read full review »
