Recently I booked a 1 way flight for my daughter and son-n-law through yahoo travel. I was emailed with a comfirmation number and e-ticket. It was 3 days later, that my credit card was billed for the tickets. When they went to the airport, the airline had no reservation for them and the flight was fully booked. My son-n-law called Yahoo Travel Customer Service number on the E-Ticket that was emailed to me and they refused to help, even though they took my money and confirmed a reservation for 2 seats, in my daughter and son-n-laws names.
