I, too, have been charged the first monthly fee of 59.95 for NOTHING! When will I learn? When I called to cancel membership I was told they would take that charge off of my debit card, but what they only cancelled was my membership. When I called today, Monday April 5th, I was told that I hadn't cancelled within the 7 DAY trial period. Usually you get the first month to try the service.
